Change and growth happens when you’re outside of your comfort zone, because that’s when things begin to change, due to you being forced to initiate change…

Simply put, If you keep doing what you’ve been doing, you’ll keep getting what you’ve been getting.
So, to get something different, you have to DO something different.

What do you attach value to?
Property, money, behaviour, other people, places, experiences, relationships…

How many of these “things” do you describe by using the term "ME" or “MY” or “MINE”…?

If you do, then the egoic mind has you tightly in its clutches!
